You will work within Children’s Centres to lead, manage and provide support to Children’s Centre teams. You will liaise effectively with local community, partner agencies and statutory bodies to manage and coordinate all aspects of core services. You will have a strong understanding of the aims, objectives, policies and statutory requirements of Children’s Centres. You will be responsible for the induction of new staff and volunteers and will develop and deliver training programmes for staff and volunteers. You will regularly review performance data to improve services and identify needs. You will have effective communication skills and the ability to prepare regular reports and chair meetings. You will have strong administrative and finance skills in order to develop, manage and monitor the Children’s Centre budget.

You must be self motivated and have a passion to drive forward service delivery to improve outcomes for children 0-5 and their families.

These two posts are being offered on a temporary contract until 31/3/2014.

Interviews will take place on 1st & 5th March 2012.
