We require an experienced and enthusiastic Benefits Customer Services Officer. You will need to work within a busy customer focused environment dedicated to delivering excellent performance and service to customers.
Based in Ormskirk, you will be required to work from 12 noon until 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, i.e. 25 hours per week. This post is temporary for 6 months.
Appointment to this post is subject to appropriate clearance under the Baseline Personnel Security Standard and Disclosure Scotland.
One Connect Limited is a joint venture company between Lancashire County Council and BT. West Lancashire Borough Council is working in partnership to deliver services through One Connect Limited. Staff are employed by West Lancashire Borough Council, seconded into Lancashire County Council and One Connect Limited.
