Lets Go Global is a pioneering community media project: an arts-led, internet TV channel run by and for the local and diverse communities of Trafford and Greater Manchester. The project forms part of Trafford Council’s Arts and Cultural Development Section.
We are seeking an eager and forward-thinking technical manager to take forward the success of this exciting and innovative project. Working in a small team, you will have excellent communication skills, experience of sharing your expertise within a community setting, a flexible work approach and an aptitude and enthusiasm for new and emerging technologies.
The post requires knowledge and experience of media streaming technologies, web based content management systems, broadband connectivity, networking, maintaining ICT and media equipment and knowledge of web 2.0, open source software and social networking tools.
