Technical Group Manager
£59,076 – £64,185
Responsible for supervising the in-house technical teams and co-ordinating the delivery of architectural, building surveying, mechanical, electrical and structural engineering services to deliver a range of construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects.
You’ll need a background in a technical/construction discipline, coupled with an appetite for service efficiency and improvement requiring excellent planning and leadership skills. You will also be required to intervene in areas of contractual dispute and will accordingly be experienced in negotiation and mediation.
