Tower Hamlets Legal Services is part of an excellent Council, always striving to deliver high quality services that support the aims and ambitions of our residents. We have a diverse community to serve with the desire to make Tower Hamlets the place that people want to live, work in and visit.
Following a recent reorganisation to ensure that our service reflects the corporate structure of the Council we have created a number of new posts to support the drive for efficiency and best practice as well as increase support in developing areas of our business.
This post will head the team of lawyers delivering legal services to our ALMO “Tower Hamlets Homes” and other external RSL clients.
The successful applicant will work directly with clients to develop effective services which will provide support to the ALMO’s housing management functions and deliver improved outcomes for residents.
The use of effective monitoring systems and achievement of performance indicators is key to this role to ensure the bold agenda for improvement is maintained. Excellent client care skills will be essential as well as a high standard of knowledge of landlord and tenant and housing litigation.
Interviews will be held on 15 April 2010. You will be asked to do a presentation as part of the interview
