Hours:37 per week Various shift patterns to cover the operational hours of the service 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturday

In this role you will initially be responsible for the management and performance of a team of up to twelve staff receiving council tax, business rates and housing benefits enquiries. Experience of managing in a pressurised, performance / customer focused environment is essential, together with the ability to use computerised monitoring methods and work as part of a team. The ability to handle escalated calls dealing with more complex revenues and benefits matters in a calm and professional manner is also required.
As an outgoing person you will enjoy contact with people and demonstrate a “can do” approach to your work.
