Redruth accommodates three children with disabilities who have high dependency needs and may be technology dependant. You will work as part of a flexible staff team committed to meeting the care and support needs of each child to include the administration of medication and technology dependant care.
You will be responsible for the day to day planning of the home including staff supervision and continued involvement in the implementation of care and placement plans. Your experience of working with children in a residential setting will include acting as a supervisor and you will hold or be willing to achieve the A1 assessor’s award. You will also hold NVQ III or equivalent in care and have a willingness to achieve NVQ level 4 or equivalent in management.
