Complex and Additional Needs Service
Sensory Support within Trafford CYPS provides high quality support to children and young people with sensory impairments across the borough of Trafford.
We have a strong commitment to multi-agency working, inclusive education, high standards of attainment, and quality of life experiences for all our pupils.
This post is a great opportunity to provide direct teaching and advisory support for children with visual impairments in a range of schools and settings across the borough, and really make a difference. In addition it offers a diverse and stimulating range of duties with strong professional support.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, successful and highly motivated teacher to cover a period of maternity leave. Applicants should preferably hold a specialist qualification, however we are willing to consider applications from teachers who have substantial teaching experience and have an interest in working with pupils who have a visual impairment.
A Full current driving license and daily use of a car is necessary.
