Location:Secondary Behaviour Management Team, Anne Peniket House, 380 Bristol Road, Gloucester.

Required for February 2009: An enthusiastic and experienced secondary school teacher, committed to working in partnership with schools to develop their capacity for managing challenging behaviour in positive and creative ways.
Applicants will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a potential for working sensitively alongside school colleagues in need of support.
Day to day work ranges from developing policy and practice with Headteachers and SLTs to teaching whole classes of pupils to model good practice.
A full induction programme will be offered and a high level of colleague support is available.
Interviews will be held on Monday 8th December 2008.
