We are looking for two full time Support Workers to join us in the new Targeted Youth Support Service.
These roles involve working with young people exhibiting risky behaviours, such as teenage pregnancy, disengagement from education and the use of drugs and alcohol. You will play a key role in working with both the individual and their parents/carers to deliver targeted interventions alongside other professionals and agencies.
Educated to ‘A’ level standard, you will have a thorough understanding of the range of issues that impact on the lives of young people and experience of undertaking holistic assessments. Your workload will require you to have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure. You should be a self-motivated team player who is delivery focused with flexibility and energy to deliver a first class service to both our young clients and their families.
