The post holder will play a critical role in the development, administration and integration of key systems which will enable self service complimented by mediated services across all access channels of the Council and Partnering Organisations. This will be principally achieved through the development and administration of a Universal Information and Advice hub, and the deployment of a social care E-Marketplace. There will be a degree of integration between both these new developments and to existing council systems. The successful candidate will be required to project manage the deployments outlined, reporting back through project and programme structures. The successful candidate will also be required to periodically contribute to other ICT development projects the Council is undertaking.
