We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and committed individuals to the posts of Swimming Instructors, to deliver a high standard of tuition in line with the Swim Derby Learn to Swim syllabus and schedules, ensuring a high level of customer care.
You will have experience of working in the leisure industry specifically as a swimming instructor.
The role will involve:
• Delivery of swimming lessons in line with the Amateur Swimming Associations National Plan for Teaching Swimming.
• Completion of registers to ensure attendance and progress are recorded.
The position requires:
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
