Broadland Council Training Services – Hellesdon, Norwich

BCTS, the training services arm of Broadland District Council, recently started running an innovative construction themed foundation training programme called Our House. Young, 16 to 24 year olds, are learning construction skills whilst renovating a large residential property on the outskirts of Norwich.

We have a new, part time post for a support worker to work 3 days per week on the Our House programme in Hellesdon. Ideally you will have GCSE Maths and English at grade C, a PTLLS training qualification and experience of working with hard to reach and NEET young people. You will want to make a difference to the life choices and opportunities of young people and be passionate about helping young people achieve their potential and be part of their local community.
