A trainee salary will be paid whilst on the placement
Applications are invited from well-motivated people wishing to pursue a career in Environmental Health.
This is a one-year training placement within our Environmental Health Service which is designed to provide the practical training element of the BSc (Hons) in Environmental Health. Students will also work in different parts of the Council in order to gain thorough experience in all aspects of environmental health work.
The training placement commences in September 2012 and is subject to the successful applicant gaining a place on an accredited BSc Environmental Health course commencing September 2010. Whilst in the placement a trainee salary will be paid.
