Purpose of Job
We are offering a one year placement to a student EHO wishing to complete the requirement of their ELP logbook in September.
You will have successfully completed two years on a degree course recognised by CIEH. Consideration will also be given to candidates requiring end-on training. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, hard working and dedicated to making a difference to the lives of residents and visitors to this unique resort.
Structured training in all the disciplines of Environmental Health and Housing Services will be provided.
In addition the successful candidate will receive paid sponsorship to attend courses identified by the Group Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team of officers known for their ‘can do’ attitude throughout the Council.
Interviews will take place early August. Closing date for applicants 10th July 2009.
