This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified person to join the County Structures Team who manage East Sussex Highway’s bridge stock. You will have a sound knowledge of structural engineering, with experience of working within a structures team. You will have a HND or BSc in Civil Engineering, and the skills to project manage capital bridge projects, including the preparation and management of contracts. You will be involved in a wide range of projects from assessments and technical approvals to detailed designs.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
