We are looking for a knowledgeable, experienced and enthusiastic person to join our team of Street Scene Inspectors. The postholder will carry out routine and ad-hoc inspections of the highway and undertake the monitoring of activities such as building work, scaffolding, skips on the highway and much more. If you like being meeting people, working outside a lot and are committed to improving the street scene environment by making a difference this is the job for you.

Post entry training is available to employees to study for specific qualifications. We allow day release or block release facilities for study, examination fees, additional travelling, etc. Additionally we can offer an array of In-House training courses, and the suitability of these for your development would be discussed with your relevant manager during the appraisal process.
