The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and Wandsworth Council present a unique opportunity to be part of a team who are working together to create a ground-breaking shared staffing structure across both boroughs.
Fly-tipping is a huge problem, not only in Wandsworth but across the country. We are looking to appoint, on a fixed term basis, a senior project manager to lead on a strategy of behavioural change against fly-tippers. Applicants will need to be familiar with legislation associated with the Environment Act, be a strategic thinker, have excellent communication skills and be able to devise and implement a cohesive project plan.
We are also looking for an Enforcement Assistant to deliver support to the Enforcement Team, contributing towards the behavioural change against fly-tipping. Effective administrative skills are essential and a willingness to take on varied support functions, from monitoring CCTV to producing analytical data.
