CAN DO

We’re passionate about providing residents with better, more customer-focused services than ever before. There’s real, positive change under way in this vibrant, diverse and extremely accessible Borough. And if you share our refusal to settle for second best, there has never been a better time to join us.

Hammersmith and Fulham is a high-performing, four-star local authority and is well situated with excellent transport links across London.

The Planning and Performance Unit in the Children’s Services Department:

• Produces the strategic and operational plans that set out the department’s vision and work
• Collects, analyses and reports on children’s social care and education data, and
• Delivers the authorities local contribution to ContactPoint.
We are looking for two motivated and experienced people to help us further strengthen our capacity for analysis and performance management.

You will lead on the development of strategic plans for Children’s services, communicate key performance information and raise the quality of our services. You will have excellent analytical, communicative and organisational skills, and show initiative. This is a busy and varied role and good team skills are essential.
