From schools and libraries to youth centres, corporate offices and children’s centres, the challenge for you is to get the most out of our property and land. It’s an influential role, you’ll be providing advice and guidance to all the different departments of the council and your fresh, strategically-led thinking can really make an impact on how we do things. Membership of RICS will be essential, along with asset management experience, and a broad knowledge of planning, leasing, acquisitions and disposals.
