You must have knowledge of care planning/processes, attachment issues, family dynamics and developmental theories to advise and assist carers in supporting the children.
You will work in partnership with foster carers and partner agencies in order to achieve better outcomes.
You must have excellent communication skills, hold a DipSW or equivalent qualification and be registered with the General Social Care Council (GSCC).
