SKILLS FOR LIFE LECTURERS REQUIRED in the following areas:
Adult Literacy and Numeracy
ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages)
FLLN (Family Literacy, Language and Numeracy)
You will need a flexible approach and a commitment to professional development.
Creative, motivated and resourceful lecturers with a flexible approach are required to join our Skills for Life Team at Kent Adult Education Service.
You will be teaching adult learners the skills and knowledge needed to enable them to obtain the National Test in literacy or numeracy and ESOL qualifications in order to improve their employment prospects.
With our FLLN team you will be working with families to promote and support learning for adults and children.
• Must have / be working towards a generic teaching qualification (e.g. DTLLS, Cert ED, BED, PGCE)
• Must have / be working towards a level 4/5 subject specialism (Literacy/ESOL/Numeracy)
We would be particularly interested in applications from practitioners able to work in more than one curriculum area.
