Ely Library and Learning Centre is a busy and vibrant working environment where a committed team of staff provide a wide range of services to all customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting managing the delivery of all services and facilities at Ely Library & Learning Centre; the efficient performance of all Library Service and partner organisations’ operational functions; and the presentation, maintenance, health and safety and security aspects of the whole building and its contents. A good general education, ICT skills, relevant library qualification and a commitment to providing excellent customer care are essential. Knowledge and experience in library work or another comparable customer service organisation is also required.
