An exciting new post has been developed to manage a range of corporate improvement projects as part of the council’s Towards Top Performance Programme. The core requirement of this role will be to develop and deliver projects which will radically change the organisational culture and provide a flexible, responsive, innovative and forward thinking strategy for North East Lincolnshire to transform a wide range of services. The work, in the main, relates to introducing major change to the way in which the Council delivers services and how it operates in partnership with other organisations to achieve improvements that can be felt by our customer’s through their experiences. If you have the skills to motivate, engage and enthuse individuals in the change process, and have a strong knowledge of service improvement; in particular applying the ‘Lean’ approach we would welcome an application from you. Interviews will be held week commencing 10th August 2009
