Manchester City Council has implemented a wide range of business solutions based on SAP technology including CRM, Finance, Procurement and Payroll / Personnel applications.
We are looking for a proactive and committed individual to manage the Back Office teams within our Applications Management group.
The successful applicant will lead the teams.
As the service delivery manager, the successful applicant will manage the strategic direction of each team and define management action plans.
For this post it is essential that candidates are able to demonstrate detailed knowledge of SAP environments / modules in use within a customer centric environment.
The post reports to the Applications Manager.
