You will be responsible for the operational management and development of the Borough wide youth provision and for ensuring that services are delivered to the highest professional standards.
Relevant experience of managing a variety of youth provisions is essential, as is a track record for developing high quality services that secure positive outcomes for young people.
You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to develop high performing teams and to work collaboratively with strategic partners.
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to undergo a Criminal Records Bureau check.
