significant experience of advocacy in children’s proceedings to include public law children proceedings, preferably advising and representing a Local Authority.
With a good understanding of the Public Law Outline, excellent case management and advocacy skills, and an ability to work under pressure; you should be a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Judicature of England and Wales or Barrister at Law; and be able to practise at the English Bar.
