Technical Services are looking for an experienced person to undertake the proactive contract management of two existing Private Finance Initiative Facilities Management Contracts, and any future contracts . It is essential for the individual to fully understand and have the ability to apply the contract through liaison with all parties involved , ensuring contract requirements are properly reviewed, recorded and reported. The post holder will be required to ensure the payment mechanism operates in accordance with the contract through performance monitoring of the Facilities Management Contract Help Desk and availability of the school / class rooms in accordance with the contract and calculate payment adjustments accordingly. It is essential to have a degree or equivalent level Quantity Surveying qualification to support other construction procurement duties and responsibilities.
