Support Towards Adoption and Adoption and Fostering Panel Teams
Are you committed to improve outcomes for Birmingham’s children; supporting front line colleagues; supporting Birmingham’s agenda for change, and driving forward new initiatives in all aspects of adoption?
You will join a respected, well established and experienced citywide Adoption Service, placing around 90 children each year. High standards and creative ideas are expected, and will be valued and supported.
Contributing towards the management and professional supervision in a team will provide you with personal and career development as well as challenges.
Opportunities are available in Panel support and advice, training of adopters, and co-ordinating the service to children placed externally. All of these are crucial areas of service delivery to children and adoptive families.
