Teignbridge is a delightful part of South Devon with busy towns, moorland, wonderful coastline, countryside assets, and good links to nearby city facilities.
Following the restructuring of the Planning Service we need a qualified planner with development control experience to join our friendly and energetic Development Management team, playing a key role in delivering high quality development, whilst protecting and enhancing the environment, within an area facing major pressure for growth. You will assist a team dealing with applications and enforcement issues across half the District and require the vision and drive to enable positive development outcomes.
