This Post offers an opportunity to lead the team which manages the Council’s car parks and enforces the on-street parking restrictions within the Borough. It is a challenging role and requires a person who has good management skills and experience of dealing with the public in sensitive circumstances.
The post will be responsible for the management of two teams of Parking Attendants one based in Andover and one in Romsey and an administrative support team also based in Andover. You will also work closely with the Council’s Traffic Management Engineers in implementing new Traffic Regulation Orders
The Council supports flexible working and this post offers a job share opportunity with the existing post holder. Hours and days of work by mutual agreement.
