You will work with a highly regarded team of professionals to strategically manage the Governor Services as well as make a significant contribution to the wider Children’s Services.The local authority is seeking to appoint an excellent primary or secondary practitioner, with proven senior school leadership experience with the interpersonal skills to work very effectively in partnership with governors, schools, regional and national partners.

This challenging post provides an excellent opportunity for someone with vision and drive to play a leading role in supporting school governors . The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to high standards, inclusion and maximising pupil achievement.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
