Mansfield District Council has an extensive retail, commercial and industrial property portfolio with an annual rent roll of over £4m which is actively managed by Property Services. We also provide a full professional valuation service, including asset valuations, property review acquisitions, disposals and strategic management advice in respect of the Council’s other operational property.
A vacancy has now arisen for a Senior General Practice Surveyor. As part of a small team based at the Civic Centre you can be assured of a challenging, stimulating and varied workload. You should be MRICS qualified, be self- motivated with good interpersonal skills. You should possess a good, practical knowledge of landlord and tenant law and practice and be able to demonstrate all round proficiency in the fields of valuation and asset management.
