As a result of an internal promotion a vacancy has arisen within the enforcement team. With knowledge of current planning legislation and the requirements of PACE, you’ll be capable of handling with tact and tenacity a variety of interesting and challenging cases concerning unauthorised development and breaches of planning control. Together with excellent communication skills you should have relevant experience in planning enforcement or a related legal enforcement field.
