The educational psychology team in Barnet is in a new and exciting phase of development. We operate a consultation framework with an increased focus on school improvement and promoting inclusion.

You will be central to newly developed learning networks through which we offer an integrated approach to working with schools and settings alongside colleagues from the Education Service and health services.

Leading a team of Educational Psychologists in learning networks, you will join our strengthened management team. We offer excellent opportunities for project work and training as well as work in multidisciplinary teams. The Educational Psychology team is committed to the innovative application of psychology to raise pupil achievement and create inclusive educational environments for children.

The recognition that educational psychologists can make a key contribution to these core objectives of the LEA is reflected in the pay scale for these posts.
