As a busy library service, we need to ensure that front of house staff are fully supported in delivering high quality services to our customers. We are looking to recruit a Senior Customer Support Assistant at each of the following libraries; Whitstable, Dartford and Swanley. Although you would be based at these libraries you could be asked to work at any other library within the district. Alternate Saturdays and some evening work may be required.
Your role will include delivering services to the public; supporting and assisting colleagues in answering enquiries; developing local information retrieval systems to support enquiry work, and organising and running regular library based events. You will be expected to assist with stock management activity and support staff and customers in using the computers.
