An enthusiastic, motivated individual is required to join the technical services team to undertake responsibility for the Provision of Mechanical Maintenance Services to the Authority’s Corporate Building Stock.
The successful candidate will develop the department’s expertise in the maintenance of mechanical building services in commercial buildings and provide design assistance for minor works projects.
A minimum of HNC or equivalent in mechanical building services will be essential along with extensive knowledge of dealing with issues in Mechanical Building Services Maintenance and/or Electrical controls including BMS.
Experience of running the Maintenance of Mechanical Building Services in non-domestic projects including statutory testing will be essential
The post carries a casual car user allowance so a full driving licence and access to a car for work purposes will be essential.
