Seasonal Assistant Rangers – Frensham Common (temporary post x2) £8.33 per hour

Weekends & Bank Holidays from Easter until September 7 hours a day

Duties Maintain a presence around the “beach” areas during busy periods. Carry out parking attendant duties. Assist in enforcing byelaws.

Assist with site management and maintenance.

Personal attributes Good communication skills. A degree of physical fitness. A full, clean driving licence. Knowledge of First Aid.

Experience of countryside management.

Based at Frensham Common, you will assist countryside ranger staff in the management of the Common during weekends and bank holidays from Good Friday to September. We are looking for two seasonal assistants. The working day will normally be 9am until 5pm.
