The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to head teachers and managers of schools, including Governors. This will be across the full range of HR activity with a focus on supporting head teachers and governors to effectively manage human resources and for governors to fulfil their relevant responsibilities and compliance with policy and legislation.
37 hours per week
You will hold a relevant degree or be working towards graduate CIPD qualification (final stages). Experience of providing HR advice to schools will be essential along with experience of liaison between Head teachers/Managers/Governors and the Trade Unions in HR matters.
