Poplar Partnership is a partnership between five schools in Poplar: four primary schools and one secondary all within walking distance in Tower Hamlets, East London.
We are seeking to recruit a school Nurse/Health Promotion advisor to develop new ways of working with families focusing on promoting health and making real changes for our pupils and parents.
You will have the unique opportunity of working with entire families by being able to support throughout all key stages. The candidate will not be involved in the school immunisation programme but will be developing new ways of working across these schools.
The post will be Band 6 £28,924 – 38,591 (full time – term time considered). Funding is initially for one year in the first instance and is likely to be extended. (Secondment opportunities may be considered!)
