As the public face of Salford’s marketing and communications team, you’ll be enthusiastic, customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile to promote a positive image of the city. You’ll be highly organised, motivated and able to use your initiative as well as working effectively as part of a team. Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and the internet would be an advantage, but a willingness to embrace new technologies and keep up to date with the exciting new developments in the city is essential.Duties will include dealing with telephone and in person enquiries, collecting visitor statistics, selling merchandise and general duties.Please provide a contact telephone number as shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview by telephone.
