The Harrogate International Centre (HIC) is one of the UK’s leading conference and exhibition centres. Set in the heart of a distinctive and elegant spa town, this large integrated venue has a 2000 seat main auditorium, a beautifully restored historic hall seating 1000, breakout spaces, and 16,500m2 of interlinked purpose built exhibition halls. HIC is also now embarking on the development of two additional exhibition halls with construction expected to complete in Autumn 2011.
An excellent opportunity is offered to an ambitious and confident individual to join the well established Sales Team. With a proven record in sales, combined with a strong business acumen, you will deliver a dual role of account management and new business development for the key markets of conferences and exhibitions. To succeed in the role, you will need exceptional people relationship management skills, a creative flair to offer integrated event solutions and you will have the ability to sell and develop prospects as part of a strategic team effort.
