Riding Instructors
£14,587- £15,291 pro rata
Applications are invited for the posts of Part Time Riding Instructors at Beechley Riding Stables.
The post holders should have proven experience of stable/yard management, horse care, teaching, training and managing staff.
Applicants should have extensive riding school teaching experience and be competent teaching at all levels to both disabled and able bodied riders.
Applicants must be self motivated, customer care driven and accustomed to working to high standards.
Applicants must also have a high level of inter-personal skills, especially communication skills to members of staff, customers, volunteers, working parties, community groups and the general public.
Due to the nature of this work, applicants must demonstrate that they have a flexible and adaptable approach to work patterns and be prepared to provide cover as the service demands.
