We are looking to recruit to an apprentice post in our council tax team. Through a programme of training and learning the post holder will acquire the knowledge, skills and understanding necessary to fully perform the role.
You will be trained to deal with all aspects of the billing and collection
of Council Tax. This includes maintaining computerised records,
and dealing with routine correspondence and customer enquiries over the telephone.
It is important that you have a good general standard of education and an interest in working in a busy office environment in Local Government.
