We are looking for a, motivated and committed person with experience as a Housing and Council Tax Benefit assessor, covering the full range of case types.
It is essential that you have a proven ability to train individuals and groups with an understanding of the needs of our customers and of the importance of improving the quality of benefits administration
You will be expected to carry out detailed daily checking of the accuracy of Housing and Council Tax Benefit assessments, to analyse the results and deliver and develop training programmes. Some training of the Local Taxation team will also be expected so knowledge in this area is highly desirable.
