Revenues and Benefits Customer Services have a fixed term contract opportunity for a Revenues and Benefits Advisor (Customer Services) for an initial period of six months to cover maternity leave.

The post is responsible for providing face to face contact for all Revenues and Benefits related enquires. We are seeking someone that has excellent communication skills, a passion for Customer Services and someone who works well as part of a team. Previous experience of Revenues and Benefits legislation and systems is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be given.

This is a fantastic development opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills interested in pursuing a career in Revenues and Benefits or Customer Services.

This post requires a satisfactory enhanced check with the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB).
