Hobkirk House Resource Centre is a vibrant and friendly Care Centre for older people in New Malden. The Centre has very high standards of care for the 44 people living there and an enthusiastic and motivated care team. Residents enjoy living at Hobkirk House as they receive support to continue their lives to the full. Hobkirk House uses a personal centred approach called the Eden Alternative to ensure that all the residents get the best out of their daily lives.
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our dedicated team in providing high quality personal, practical and emotional support to our residents. In return you will receive full training, generous annual leave, pension scheme and job progression scheme.
As a Residential Care Officer you will be responsible for the day to day care of residents whilst enabling them to retain as much independence as possible. Experience within this client group of desirable and you must hold or be willing to work towards NVQ level 2 in Care.
