Do you have an interest in assisting managers to select the best candidates and develop existing staff?
18.5 hours per week, including Fridays
Fixed term until 30 September 2009
You will deliver psychometric testing within the County Council and also for external customers in support of selection and development processes and provide comprehensive feedback to managers and candidates at all levels of the organisation.
You must have some relevant administrative experience in an office environment and have an understanding of basic office practices and computerised systems.
You will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, be able to successfully prioritise your workload, understand the importance of customer focus and be able to adapt your approach to suit the needs of your customers.
You will hold or be willing to work towards obtaining the British Psychological Society Level A and B (intermediate) qualification in Occupational Assessment and the post will involve travelling within the local area to facilitate testing sessions across the county.
