Would you like to work in a very friendly, busy admin team? This post is based in Property Services and is supporting the Maintenance Team.
You will be required to perform admin tasks such as typing (copy and some audio), filing, photocopying, logging post etc. You should have a good telephone manner, a flexible, helpful attitude and be proficient in the use of Microsoft word (word processing) and Excel spreadsheets. There will also be an element of data input on the Property database.
You will have to be able to work under pressure at times and on your own initiative.
