The Lean Transformation roll out is building momentum from the pilot phase and as a result we need a Project Officer to join our team rolling out this work across the Council. This work is challenging and rewarding and requires excellent project and organisational skills coupled with great communication and influencing skills. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, and will need to be capable of balancing a number of demands and responding flexibly. Lean knowledge is not essential as this is a great opportunity to build those skills and full support and training is available.
